We independently innovates the domestic advanced initial walnuts and walnut kernel standardized production line,which is equipped with two sets of foreign walnut high-level color sorting machines representing the advanced level with high precision and large capacity. It can process 60,000 tons of walnut annually,and currently it is the biggest advanced standardized production line in Asia.
We independently innovates and researches the physical peeling technology and production equipment of walnut kernel successfully to industrialize traditional technology and solve the problems of current walnut processing with sodium hydroxide to peel,nutrition destroy and environmental pollution.It is the first large physical peeling production line for walnut kernel in domestic with annual processing of 10,000 tons for walnut kernel peeling.
