Shanxi Yiguo Food Co., Ltd,was established in 2014,with an investment of 80 million USD building a modern agricultural industrialization enterprise integrating walnut planting,processing,domestic and foreign trade,and food research and development. It is mainly committed to the cultivation of walnut bases and the development,production and marketing of walnut products. All manufacture landed on an area of 260 acres with workshop area of 135 acres and 218 industrious staff work here for quality walnuts.
Yiguo takes quality as its life,strictly controls quality,and has established a complete inspection and testing system.It has the high-level testing equipments such as gas chromatograph,high performance liquid chromatograph,and atomic spectrometer,and so on.And it has passed ISO quality management system certification and HACCP quality management system certification.It strictly controls evey process from the procurement,transportation,processing,sorting,packaging,cold storage and delivery.
By using advantages of vigorously developing the walnut planting of Xiaoyi City,Yiguo walks on the road of the transformation of agricultural products processing. It sets up walnut deep processing project,the main business is walnut processing, planting and management,and it is also engaged in the import and export of other dried fruit products and fresh fruits and products as well as vegetables.We sell the high-quality raw walnut kernels to Europe,Southeast Asia and other countries and regions in the world,and export 5,000 tons of walnuts annually.
The company independently innovates the domestic advanced walnut original fruit and kernel standardized production line, which is equipped with two sets of foreign walnut high-level color sorting machine representing the advanced level with high precision and large capacity. It can process 60,000 tons of walnut annually, and it is currently the advanced standardized production line in Asia. Besides, the company independently innovates and researches the physical peeling technology and production equipment of walnut kernel successfully to industrialize traditional technology and solve the problems of current walnut processing with sodium hydroxide to peel, nutrition destroy and environmental pollution. It is a large physical peeling production line for walnut kernel in domestic with annual processing of 10000 tons for walnut kernel peeling. The products will be main ingredients of baked food industry. Centering on the health care function of walnut, it focuses on the development of three series of products, including walnut health food series, walnut health-care food series and walnut health maintenance food series, so as to achieve R&D generation, production generation, sales generation and reserve generation. According to the market demands and the actual situation of the company, the products will be divided into three stages for development and listed for sales.
